1/19: Back into the mild sunny.
TV10 Crested Butte and Gunnison Valley Daily Weather Update- For 1/19: We are waking up to clear skies with the weak system sideswiping northern CO staying clear of the area. With highs yesterday rebounding faster than the forecast, there’s no reason to believe we won’t see the same today. Have layers for a cooler start turning warmer into the afternoon with plenty of sun.
Temperatures: Lows dropped to 7 for Gunni and 4 for CB. Highs will reach 37 for CB and 41 for Gunni. Lows tonight will look the same.
Outlook: High pressure with sunny skies and the same mild temperatures will be our dominant weather feature through Thursday. Cloud cover will be in short supply until early Thursday morning when we will see some high clouds that will build through the day. Models are still waffling on snow early Friday through Sunday morning with variables likely limiting the potential beyond a couple inches but stay tuned as the pieces fall into place.
