5/15: More of the same mix.
TV10 Crested Butte and Gunnison Valley Daily Weather Update- For 5/15: The tail end of this last trough moved east early with wraparound moisture and colder temperatures left in its wake. We will see partly sunny conditions through early afternoon but another weak more northern wave will move in later in the day to introduce cloud cover and scattered showers with the same rain snow mix we saw yesterday.
Temperatures: Lows dropped to touch 21 for Gunni with CB at 22 with the snow. Highs will reach 48 for CB and 57 for Gunni but likely cool again later in the day. Lows tonight will be the same or colder as skies clear into the morning.
Outlook: We are looking at a familiar looking pattern with the line up of ridges and troughs offering a sunny close to the week but then more moisture by Sunday. Temperatures will rebound through Friday and Saturday with some clouds in the mix increasing into Saturday night as the next trough drops in from the northwest. This will offer variable conditions Sunday with a window of partly sunny conditions early and a more active afternoon possible with that mix lingering into the new week.
