3/10: A few clouds and more winds.
TV10 Crested Butte and Gunnison Valley Daily Weather Update- For 3/10: We are seeing this low pass to our south while the more northern flow also brushes the area. These will come together to our east but with a close enough pass for scattered cloud cover in the mix and high gusting winds to keep things moving. There is no real moisture involved and temperatures will remain super warm.
Temperatures: Lows held to 20 for CB and 21 for Gunni. Highs will climb back to touch 50 for CB and 56 for Gunni. Lows tonight will look the same.
Outlook: We hold in the dry slot sandwiched between northern and southern influences with just slightly colder air Wednesday. This quick seesaw in the temperatures will rebound back to the same mild highs starting Thursday. We continue to sit on the edge of two unimpressive weather patterns with high pressure to the west and the jet stream to the north. Expect gusting winds consistently into the weekend with just spotty cloud cover.
