3/9: Few variables in play.
TV10 Crested Butte and Gunnison Valley Daily Weather Update- For 3/9: Not a whole lot of variables in the pattern today so what you see is what we will get with clear skies and another huge temperature swing on the way. Plan on layers for an early start but be prepared for an even warmer afternoon.
Temperatures: Lows bumped up to 13 for CB and 18 for Gunni. Highs will climb back to 47 for CB and 55 for Gunni. Lows tonight will look the same.
Outlook: The cut off low currently over northern Baja moves east through Tuesday with any moisture well to the south but this will also pull in some weather from the northwest. There is very little moisture from either direction and we will sit in the dry slot with just some increased cloud cover and gusting winds building in through Tuesday afternoon. High pressure fills back into the west and we will see little more than winds to compete with clear skies and continued warm temperatures.
