Check out this shredit of Ed Dujardin getting after during the 2019 spring in the CB backcountry. When the goods are good you should probably keep skiing them, right?! And the CAST system rules. PS. Check his 2019 mini golf edit here. Ed Dujardin Spring 2019 from West Elk Project on Vimeo.

Crested Butte Mountain Resort played host to an IFSA junior regional freeride competition on Saturday under a mix of cloudy skies and flat light. The classic Colorado chalky hard pack snow that we all know and love so well here in the Elk Mountains was ripping and skiers ranging from 12-18 showcased their skills on […]
Mikey Curran has been putting together some awesome local content, not to mention his job for MSP Films, for more than the last few years. He got after it with local all-around great guy, Ryan Sullivan, to make this cool, woodsy-feel edit of mountain biking in CB. Check it out! FALL FLOW from Mikey Curran on Vimeo.

The Non Native crew visited Friends Hut in February. With the lack of snow that month it was definitely spring conditions, but that didn’t hinder their trip in any way. Each day was a peak bagging day and as you can see from the video, they were psyched to be there.

Salomon drew their sponsored riders’ names from a hat and asked them if they wanted to drop everything and go to Japan for a big storm. Chris Rubens, Tristan Knoertzer, and Stan Rey got the call and went. Seems like the right move.

The most fun, rowdy, and reckless competition wrapped up in Sun Valley this weekend. The event resembled a giant college more than it did a park skiing event. Costumes, bowling, broomball, and some impressive skiing went down despite a silly amount of drinking (kids, not a smart thing). Check out the wrap up video.
A quick, ridiculously deep snowmobile edit from Brett Conover during the storm a few days ago. Saying it looks fun is an understatement. You might notice the logo for Crested Butte Gear Exchange right there at the beginning. Have you heard about them yet? We’ll get some more info on the store’s grand opening soon, […]

After a very sketchy spring, the snowpack has finally settled enough to get on top of Colorado’s highest peaks. So Alex Stevenson, Patrick Sullivan, Haley Tamberi, and Zach Vaughter made their way to Mt. Elbert, which at 14,440 feet is Colorado’s highest peak, and the second highest in the continental United States. They found conditions […]
The folks over at Giro made a great little edit from Japan last year. Guess what? It’s Japan, so it’s POW. Here’s an excerpt from their YouTube: “Few things get you away from your daily grind. For pro skiers, the everyday is a vacation from the realities of the rest of the world. But the […]
