Snowboarder Triggered Avalanche Destroys Homes, Buries Residents

A snowboarder triggered avalanche buried part of a neighborhood in Missoula, Montana. The slide destroyed homes and injured residents, leaving one in critical condition. Neighbors teamed up to dig the victims out. The snowboarder was riding in a restricted area, and should be facing some jail time.

Mike Douglas, Hoji and Crew Skiing a Meter of Pow in Whistler

It snowed over a meter in the mountains of British Colombia, so Whistler Blackcomb took Mike Douglas, Eric Hjorleifson and a crew up to take advantage. They have a great looking snowpack now. Things are looking good to go.
