I had the privilege of being a chaperone for the morning section of eight year old Aksel Lindenmeyr’s successful attempt at 7 Hours of Banana. The event was a ton of fun, especially because they had not opened the front side since the storm. In addition to Banana, we ventured further over to get freshies on Funnel and Sunset Ridge. Overall, Aksel finished twenty four laps. What were you doing at the age of eight?
