After two years of chasing snow all over the world, Two Plank Productions is set to release their most anticipated feature to date. “Because” follows the adventures of twenty-two of skiing’s top athletes as they pursue their dreams and take advantage of record snowfalls in exotic locations.
Following the addition of a third unit film crew, Two Plank Productions has been able to extend its coverage of the ski world, from snow mobile access skiing here in the Crested Butte backcountry to heli-skiing in Alaska, with the use of stunning RED Camera technology.
“Because” was shot on location in: Crested Butte, Silverton, Aspen, Jackson, the Wasatch, Whitefish, Cooke City, Nelson, Pemberton, Whistler, Stevens Pass, Sun Valley, Kirkwood, Haines, and Niseko.
Tickets are available for $6 at the Colorado Freeskier, the Gas Café, and online at www.twoplank.com. Your ticket will automatically enter you into the raffle for prizes from Two Plank’s sponsors. Immediately following the movie, head to the LoBar for the premiere after-party. Take the Mountain Express shuttle so you can enjoy yourself safely.
