“Flow Farm Dirt Productions is STOKED to present the 2nd annual “Spin the Doctor” A Mountain Bike Enduro down Doctor’s Park, Sunday, September 15th on the last 5.8mi of the Doctor Park FS Trail 424. The “Spin the Doctor” is an enduro meaning that riders will start by themselves and be given exact times for their run on the mostly downhill course.  Any mountain bike will be great fun down Doctor’s Park and riders of all skill levels are encouraged to participate. On the day of the event, go to the North Bank Campground (Doctor Park Trail Head) at 10am to register and then make your way to the open field at the start of the ripping downhill section of Doctor’s park around noon to receive your start time. There will be limited shuttles available. We’ll be utilizing top of the line timing for the event so we’ve got everything covered, FOR FREE!!! After the race we will be grilling and enjoing some cold ones while we go over the results and highlights of the event.
Our goal for this year is for everyone involved to have fun and be a part of a growing iconic Gunnison valley event.”

Local organizer Justin Varaljay explained : “We really just want to bring people together to ride a sweet trail.  Last year we had a lot of fun with this unique event in the Gunnison valley.”  He continued: “The event is super low key, it brought some crews from Carbondale and Golden among other places around Colorado last year.  We really just want to have fun and build momentum for this race.”

Get out there this weekend!  Doctor Park is arguably the best downhill in the valley, and this is a great opportunity to ride it if you haven’t yet. Justin and co. are still looking for help with shuttling, so email jvaraljay@gmail.com if you can help!
