Sam Lee Explains K2 Chill Series Competition Runs

samleechillseries

Sam Lee had a few good runs during the K2 Chill Series in New Zealand back in August this summer. He crashed in the finals during the K2 Big Mountain held at Craigieburn Valley but managed to win the next event, the Black Diamond Big Mountain at Temple Basin, both of which at FWQ 2-star events. Not only is this guy crushing with Blade Nation, but he has some decent big mountain skills that we’ve shared on the site before.  Here, Sam explains his thought process behind his runs during the series, offering pretty good insight to the competitive side of big mountain skiing and riding. Take a look.
