Remembering Sarah Burke

sarah1

It has been one year since Sarah Burke succumbed to injuries sustained in the half-pipe at Park City nine days before. There is not much that can be said that hasn’t already been said. Sarah Burke made an incredible impact on skiing and the action sports community. We will continue to see her impact as the sport progresses. We know she’ll be watching when half-pipe skiing takes center stage at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi next year.
We’ve made a compilation of Sarah Burke related media for you to get lost in. Take a moment to reflect upon the life of this wonderful human being, and think about how you can impact the world in the same way she did.
If you have any stories, reflections, or thoughts, feel free to leave them in the comment section below.
