About Evolution Bike Park:

Known as one of the birthplaces of mountain biking, Crested Butte, Colorado thrives on everything that involves two wheels in the warmer months. As the sport of mountain biking has grown and the industry has changed, so has the riding in Crested Butte. With legendary cross country trails in the back yard of Crested Butte Mountain Resort, it was only a matter of time that the progression of gravity-fed riding took hold in this small town in the Rockies. In 2009, the resort began trail building for lift-served mountain biking, creating the foot print for what is now the Evolution Bike Park.

The Evolution Bike Park now boasts 20 trails and over 30 miles of single track throughout Crested Butte Mountain Resort. From flowy cross country single track to wide rolling beginner trails to expert downhill runs, the Evolution Bike Park has something for everyone to progress their riding. The Specialized Demo Center carries top of the line bikes and offers lessons guides for those looking for a few tips on two wheels.
