The resort opens this week, but the November snow has had locals getting after it all month. We visited the Anthracites and went back to Purple Ridge for another installment in our impromptu early-season gallery series. Bryan Mazaika, Peter Smith, Alex Norton, Rob Dickinson, Tom Runcie, and Will Dujardin found some deep, creamy, and even blower pow. We’re stoked CBMR opens Wednesday, and with backcountry skiing this well, all systems look good to go for a great season. Just make sure you keep doing your snow dance and giving thanks to Ullr.
