This video was send to us by CB native Randy Evans, who now resides in Montana. This slide occurred January 29th. The victim is buried nearly 10 minutes. Though the video ends before he is actually pulled out, you can hear the rescue underway. The victim suffers only a dislocated shoulder. Very scary stuff.

It’s game on today in Kicking Horse, British Columbia for the Freeride World Tour. After Japan was postponed due to heavy snow, the FWT will be looking to get two competitions off this week.
