Limited High Lift Opening at CBMR Saturday

Oz Scott sent the diving board out of Angle Gully in the finals.

Do the recent high pressure and over-forecasts have you down?! Well you can turn that frown around and celebrate by getting tons of core-shots and practicing survival skiing with a limited High Lift opening on Saturday!!

Don't let this happen to you.

Don’t let this happen to you.

Ok, but seriously, Headwall will be open through the Half Pipe gully, Teocalli will be open, and Upper Peel and Upper Forest. No Figure 11, Big Chute, and Paradise Cliffs.  You better hug a ski patroller and boot packer because it takes serious work to get those places open without a 40″ base.  We are currently at 38″.  BE CAREFUL OUT THERE.  Seriously, you might find some old pow in places, but you are guaranteed to find tons of rocks.

Check out this opening video from 2013 while you plan your visit to your local ski technician.
