This Friday, February 5th, is one of the best on-mountain events of the year; the Attitude Adjustment party! With all this sick snow you’ve been skiing at CBMR, you better come party down for a good cause and show your appreciation.  Head to Butte 66 at 7 PM with $10 bucks and extra cash for drinks and raffle tickets!  Check out a note from the Crested Butte Professional Ski Patrol below:

This year’s fundraiser will be held at the Butte 66, in Mt. Crested Butte, on Friday February 5, 2016. The doors will open at 7:00 p.m. with smaller donations handed out as door prizes for those first in line. Music will start at approximately 8:00 pm. Raffle tickets will be available prior to the event at Ski Patrol Headquarters, in the Axtel Building, and throughout the evening of the fundraiser.

Last year’s event drew over 500 party goers and generated over $12,000.00 in revenue. With your help we hope to improve both our attendance and fundraising numbers. The party was started during the winter of 1978-’79 to raise money for a ski patroller who sustained life altering injuries in an auto accident. Since its inception the Attitude Adjustment Party has developed into a fundraiser for community charities, non-profit organizations, and a small assortment of community members in need. Past recipients have included the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, the Adaptive Sports Center, CB Search and Rescue, the Gunnison Health Center, and Six Points, to name a few. All proceeds go directly to those in need.

We look forward to seeing you in there and appreciate all the support we’ve receive from around the valley- Let’s get adjusted!

Sincerely, Crested Butte Professional Ski Patrol
