Bode Miller World Cup Super-G Crash

bodemiller_worldcupcrash

You might have heard Bode Milller suffered a pretty good crash at the FIS World Cup Super G at Beaver Creek on Thursday.  He underwent surgery to fix a torn hamstring tendon within hours of the crash.  He was having the fastest run of the day at the time and hooked his arm on a gate going mach-bajillion.  In his crash his ski cut the back of his hamstring and if you don’t want to see it, shield your eyes at 3:23; the crash occurs 58 seconds in. We wish Bode the best of luck recovering because even though he is 37 and people might say he has passed his peak, this run shows otherwise.  He was crushing!
