fis_halpipe_podium_pyeongchang

A big congratulations to Crested Butte’s own Aaron Blunck for taking second in today’s Olympic Test event in Pyeongchang, South Korea which also doubled as the culminating event in the FIS Halfpipe World Cup Season. Aaron finished behind his Aspen friend, Torin Yater-Wallace, in the event and the two repeated their podium finish as the top 2 in the overall FIS Halfpipe World Cup rankings at the end of the season with Benoit Valentin of France in 3rd.  Aaron has had another standout year after taking Gold at X Games; KEEP IT UP, DUDE!!

The video below will play Torin Yater-Wallace’s run first, which is definitely awesome, then Aaron’s, which is also definitely awesome. You skip to the end of TYW’s run and Aaron’s will autoplay if you aren’t patient.
