All options pointed to go and so we got on our way. This was a fall trip to enjoy the cold and brisk air that can only be achieved over 10,000 feet and winter was closing in, or so we thought. Crossing streams filled with dew while the gators gather grim and grit we pushed to the top of the pass. Seeing leeward filled slopes with snow and enjoying the fall snow was a delight.
The trip took about three hours and averaged a good heart rate.
